job responsibilities:

to be responsible for drafting and perfecting the management system, process and operation procedure documents of the department, which shall be implemented after approval;

according to the company's development plan and sales target tasks, organize and formulate r&d plans for products and projects, and complete them on time; (core tasks)

organize the personnel of the department to cooperate with the marketing department, actively carry out project development and business negotiation, and complete the development objectives and tasks; (core tasks)

to organize the development and management of mould suppliers, to evaluate and confirm suppliers'qualification and contract, and to review contract agreements;

according to the company's development plan and project development plan, the cost budget is formulated and implemented after approval, and the cost expenditure is reasonably controlled.

regularly organize special meetings to lead the analysis and solution of problems in each stage of project development, formulate feasible plans, guide the implementation of departmental personnel work (project) and process innovation, work completion; (key tasks)

responsible for the implementation of the acceptance, verification and process control of the mould; participate in the auditing of foreign suppliers;

to organize the department to analyze and solve the technological problems in the production workshop, optimize and perfect them, participate in the opening of the trial mould in the production workshop, and ensure the smooth development of the production work.

do a good job of communication between the department and the various departments of the company, establish good communication and cooperation relationship with relevant external units and institutions, and establish and maintain the image of the company;

to be responsible for the compilation and management of all kinds of technological documents of the department, to conduct audits, to organize and implement the management of documents and archives;

actively participate in company (department) meetings, training and learning activities, and organize and implement the personnel training work of the department;

responsible for the work development and team building of the department, formulate and implement the work plan; hold regular departmental meetings to summarize the work and submit reports, summary reports and forms on time. to guide, train, inspect, motivate, evaluate and evaluate the subordinate personnel, and to put forward suggestions on appointment, selection, recruitment, allocation, rewards and punishments.

conditions of service:

35-45 years old (excellent conditions can be appropriately relaxed), healthy, correct thinking;

college degree or above; polymer, material molding and control engineering, mold design and manufacturing, machinery manufacturing and automation, mechatronics or related majors; trained in team building, injection molding technology, quality control, cost management, business communication and negotiation, enterprise and product knowledge, etc. engineer or above is preferred.

more than 10 years of experience in technology research, product design or project development in injection molding manufacturing enterprises, and 5 years of experience in project manager, engineer in charge or in this position. experience in design and development of large and medium-sized automotive main engine factories, interior and exterior decoration and functional injection moulding products is preferred.

familiar with iatf16949 quality management system; proficient in injection design process, mould flow analysis, product (mould) structure design and process cost; familiar with injection product production process, mould design knowledge, raw material characteristics, product knowledge and injection equipment, with product (mould) structure design and process innovation ability; proficient in apqp, ppap, pfmea, bom and sop. with certain project development and process implementation and management capabilities; with skilled hand-drawn drawings (three views, axonometric drawings, etc.); understand business etiquette knowledge.

proficient in computer and catia, proe or ug design software, with skilled network skills and knowledge;

good professional accomplishment, sense of responsibility, principle, planning and execution ability, decision-making ability, communication and coordination ability, analysis and problem-solving ability, business communication and negotiation ability, pressure-resisting ability, learning and innovation ability, strong leadership, team cooperation and guidance ability, logical thinking ability.
