job content:

overall responsible for the daily management of the integrated management department, including enterprise management planning, personnel, administration, document control and government projects;

participate in the formulation of the company's development plan, organize the preparation of the company's annual business plan, decompose into various departments and organize the implementation of business;

to examine and approve the company's structure and staffing plan, and rationally allocate human resources;

responsible for the company management system, process construction (company's all system processes, including human resources manual, administrative management system, etc.);

qualifications:

32 to 45 years old, healthy and well-thought;

college degree or above, major in business administration, human resources, mechanical and electrical engineering or related; trained in administration and human resources management, leadership, finance and cost management, project management, product knowledge, etc.

more than 5 years experience in enterprise management or human resources administration in production enterprises and 5 years experience in middle-level management.

proficient in business management knowledge, human resource management knowledge and business skills, proficient in document writing, operation of computer and office software, business etiquette knowledge, project management knowledge, enterprise products and other related knowledge;

has good professional accomplishment, principle, team consciousness and responsibility consciousness; has strong executive ability, leadership, organizational coordination ability, communication and expression ability, adaptability, decision-making ability, analysis and problem solving ability, learning and innovation ability, pressure resistance ability, writing ability.
