job responsibilities:

to organize regular production meetings, summarize and analyze the development and completion of the work, guide and solve the abnormal production problems in the production process, ensure the smooth progress of production work, and continuously improve the productivity and production efficiency of enterprises;

responsible for the implementation of the department's quality management system; implement the implementation of process discipline; cooperate with quality and development departments to solve abnormal product quality problems in production process, and continuously improve product quality level;

overall responsible for safety management and on-site management of production workshop, regular supervision and inspection with relevant departments to ensure safe and civilized production. as the first person responsible for the safety production of the department, he is directly responsible for the safety production accidents of the department.

responsible for the audit of workshop employees'wages, various production reports, process forms, etc.

to organize the department to work with imis, development, technology and finance departments to formulate and improve the standard of man-hour quota and control of material quota, to put forward opinions and suggestions, and to reasonably control production costs;

cooperate with equipment department to implement workshop equipment maintenance work.

responsible for the work docking and communication between the department and relevant departments, and actively link up the supply, production and marketing work;

responsible for team building and personnel management of the department, formulate work plans and implement them; hold regular departmental meetings to summarize the work. to guide, inspect, motivate, evaluate and evaluate the lower level personnel, and put forward suggestions on appointment, recruitment, selection, allocation, rewards and punishments.

actively participate in company meetings, training and learning, and various activities; organize and implement the staff training work of the department;

requirements:

35-45 years old, healthy and well-thought;

college degree or above; major in material forming, polymer, mechanical and electrical engineering or other related fields; trained in related knowledge such as enterprise management, team building, financial cost, quality management, etc.

more than 8 years of production management experience in manufacturing and processing enterprises, more than 5 years of production supervisor or more than 3 years of work experience in this position, production management experience in plastic products or injection molding production enterprises is preferred;

familiar with ts16949 quality management system and operation process; master production management knowledge, tools and statistical technology application, familiar with production costs; familiar with enterprise product knowledge and process flow; understand drawing knowledge; have the ability to solve production management problems.

proficient in computer and office software, with basic network knowledge;
