job content:

revision and improvement of equipment maintenance system, equipment overhaul system, equipment inspection system, equipment kanban management system and other equipment management related systems.

organize the maintenance of equipment to ensure that the equipment is in good condition.

design and manufacture auxiliary equipment and facilities such as tooling, fixture and so on.

organize the transformation and upgrading of equipment, tooling and fixture to improve economy and practicability.

establish and improve equipment archives.

qualifications:

age 32-45 years old, healthy body, correct mind;

college degree or above, major in mechanical manufacturing design and automation, mechanical and electrical or related.

more than 5 years experience in mechanical processing equipment management, familiar with mechanical equipment electrical, hydraulic, mechanical operation and maintenance knowledge, practical operation. familiar with tpm management.

experience in maintenance of injection moulding equipment is preferred.
