job responsibilities:

to be responsible for leading the company's annual production and operation plan and formulating the work objectives of various departments; to organize and supervise the implementation after approval;

to organize and formulate the working system documents and working procedures of the company's planned operation and management, and implement them after approval;

responsible for regularly compiling the statistical data of the company and its departments'work plans, submitting analysis reports, and providing support and suggestions for the company's business decision-making;

supervise the progress of work objectives, plan implementation and results inspection and analysis of various departments of the company; promote, dispatch and coordinate the implementation process to ensure the realization of business objectives;

responsible for the establishment and improvement of communication, coordination and feedback mechanism between the company departments to ensure smooth communication and operation of the company;

responsible for the coordination, communication and implementation of the company's main business of production, supply and marketing, to ensure smooth operation of the main business of production, supply and marketing;

responsible for organizing and mobilizing relevant responsible departments to investigate, research and analyze special management issues and work, and provide targeted solutions;

responsible for the company's production material procurement and supplier development management, organize the implementation and management of oem;

requirements:

30-45 years old, healthy and well-thought;

college degree or above, major in mechanical and electrical, polymer or material, management and related fields; trained in planned operation management, leadership, execution, financial management, contract management, etc.

more than 5 years of planning operation management experience in manufacturing enterprises, 3 years of working experience in this position, production management, planning operation management, pmc work experience in injection molding industry is preferred;

familiar with enterprise planning operation management concept, proficient in planning operation business process; familiar with ts16949 quality management system; familiar with product, material knowledge and procurement business knowledge; familiar with relevant laws and regulations and financial contract knowledge, understand business etiquette knowledge;

it has good professional ethics, sense of responsibility and principle, strong leadership and decision-making ability, analytical and problem-solving ability, execution ability, learning and innovation ability, communication and coordination ability and negotiation ability.
